Hi,1. Did you make any changes to the computer recently?Method 1.I would ask you to uninstall the Visual C++ Runtime library from the control panel and then reinstall it from the link below and check.http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=enMethod 2.There is an application set to start when your computer boot which is using the Visual C++ Runtime library. We can use the clean boot troubleshooting to find that application. Then uninstall and reinstall that application and check.Refer to the article below for steps about how to start your computer in clean boot state.How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135Note:When the troubleshooting is over do not forget to reset the computer to normal startup.
