Did you make any changes to the computer recently?Method 1.I would ask you to uninstall the Visual C++ Runtime library from the control panel and then reinstall it from the link below and check.http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=enMethod 2.There is an application set to start when your computer boot which is using the Visual C++ Runtime library. We can use the clean boot troubleshooting to find that application.
